A small brokerage, on purpose.
We help owners sell to interested and qualified buyers — analyzing the business, valuing it, and managing the entire sale from first conversation to closing, while you keep running the company.
We are experts in all aspects of representing quality businesses for sale to interested, qualified buyers. We pride ourselves on being able to analyze businesses, value them, and represent them through the entire sales process.
Through our marketing channels we present the businesses we represent to virtually every person looking to buy one. We then pre-qualify interested buyers and commit them to confidentiality before presenting any detail about your business to them. Confidentiality is a key component of everything we do.
We represent sellers from start to finish while they concentrate on running their businesses, out of offices in Kamas and Salt Lake City. And we do all of it without ever charging an upfront fee. We only get paid when you do.
We take on a limited number of companies. If we agree to represent you, it is because we believe it sells. If we don't, we will tell you why and coach you on what changes need to be made.

We are trained intermediaries, experienced in the confidential sale of businesses to qualified buyers, and trained in valuation using the same guidelines banks use, so your business will be fundable with buyers.
Since we are a small but experienced brokerage, we represent only a limited number of high-quality, saleable companies, unlike the large clearinghouse-type brokerages that list anything that walks in.
If we decide to represent a business, the owner can be confident in the likelihood of it selling, because of the selection, valuation and representation process it went through to get there. Turning work away is what makes that promise mean anything.
It starts the same way every time, with how we value a business, before anyone signs anything. If the number works and you want to go further, selling a business with us is set out step by step, fee included.
Operators first, brokers second.
